Our BALCON 175 awning is a folding arm awning with an aluminium frame is available in a wide range of sizes, starting from a minimum width of 1200 mm and an extension of 900 mm, up to a maximum width of 5000 mm and an impressive extension of 1500 mm. The maximum rotation angle of the awning arm is 175º.
The paintable structure can be installed on ceilings or walls, in metal, wood and concrete alike. The awning provides shade, filters out harmful UV rays and protects against unpleasant soaking caused by sudden downpours, but should not be used in the event of prolonged heavy rainfall.
The shading system can be ordered with manual control, but can also be motorised if required. In the case of motorised operation, one can opt for a standard switch, a remote control or even voice control. With SOMFY's Tahoma® smart home system, the product can even become an integral part of your home, controlled through SOMFY's own mobile phone app. The motorised awning will open in sunlight thanks to a light sensor and close automatically in the event of rain and wind owing to a wind and rain sensor.
Our BALCON awnings are manufactured on ZSOZO's own professional production line, with industrial sewing machines, under the supervision of qualified production personnel. The raw material for the frame is provided by GAVIOTA from Spain, while the fabric is sourced from various Italian suppliers.
